Silly Site o' the Day

This Monday hhttp://freethoughtblogs.com/pharyngula/2014/09/11/the-things-you-can-do-with-light/as felt like a Friday all day, as many of us suspected we'd close early and be closed all day tomorrow. Manhattan was a mess at 3 PM, and it took two hours to get home, but the good news is that the snowy conditions lessened the further north we got, and as of this moment the roads around us are nicely plowed and just a bit wet. I even hear a few airplanes overhead! Of course, that's all going to change in a few hours, and our hatches are duly battened, with all appropriate digits crossed that our power doesn't go out. Because if it does, how can we have fun with optics?
